MAY 2008 MICRONESIAN CRUSADE REPORT
Once again we have returned from Micronesia with praise and thanksgiving to God. His love permeated the meetings, in the Marshall Islands, Pohnpei, and Chuuk, and we are so thankful for touching so many lives as He saved, healed, baptized with the Holy Ghost and strengthened His people. Every service was powerfully anointed; causing great outbursts of praise and rejoicing.

We felt an urgency to get back to Micronesia, but until we reached the Marshall Islands, we didn’t know why. God’s timing is so perfect as the people were discouraged due to major cutbacks on the Kwajalein Missile Range, where most of the Marshallese from Ebeye and Enniburr are employed. Many have lost their jobs, and others have had a cut in pay; so they, along with most of our world today, are experiencing the crumbling of the world’s financial system. We were able to encourage them to keep trusting and obeying the Lord with their tithe and offerings, so He can increase them more and more.

These churches on Enniburr and Ebeye are demonstrating the Love of God, fighting the good fight of faith, overcoming every obstacle of the enemy; rising up and taking the Marshall Islands for our Lord Jesus Christ. God caused great joy and sparked a great revival at the Enniburr Assembly of God Church, which continues to this day. They are completing a beautiful building project to the glory of God, and their church is full.

The anointing removed burdens and destroyed yokes, as great joy also filled the New Beginning Church (formerly called Bukot Non Jesus) on Ebeye, where they have begun a very huge building project (truly a sign and wonder to the goodness of God and His supernatural provision). A great work is taking place in the Marshall Islands through these Word of Faith churches who know that all things are possible through their faith in a Big God. Satan had them bound, but Jesus made them free – free to move ahead and accomplish everything that God has called them to do.

On the island of Pohnpei, we did what we love to do – teach the Word of Faith during the days to the enthusiastic students at the Every Home for Christ Bible School; and held evening evangelistic services at Christ for All Church on the other side of the island. This was our 5th time with these precious saints, and again the Holy Ghost built up and encouraged all who came to hear the Word of God. In January, a good friend, and a great leader of the Bible School, Isauo Santiago, unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord, causing a great void. However, he, like Moses, had trained “Joshuas” who are bold and very courageous, and continue to bring the work to a higher level. Christ For All Church had endured a split, and those who remained were discouraged, but their vision is renewed, and joy has returned as they continue to run the race with greater determination to take back what the devil stole, and take Pohnpei for the Kingdom of God.

We returned to the island of Chuuk, where we had ministered for the first time last November. The people who had been so discouraged before are now rejoicing in the Lord and becoming strong. God also confirmed His Word here, as people were saved, healed, and baptized with the Holy Ghost. Their Pastor is greatly encouraged, and their church building project, which had stopped three years ago, has resumed, and soon it will be finished and filled with people who are hungry for more of God.

One of Satan’s biggest weapons against Pacific Island churches is discouragement. This has stopped the church from going forward into the enemy’s camp and taking back what he has stolen from them, and many people have just quit. BUT when Jesus shows up, when His Word is proclaimed, their vision is rekindled, their strength is renewed, and sorrow and mourning give way to gladness and joy.

These people are fed up with watered-down traditions and rituals, and are so hungry for the truth of God’s Word. We are so thankful to be vessels through which God’s power flows, and are so blessed as we experience the mighty outpouring of the Spirit of God as we speak His Word in the Pacific Islands. We serve an awesome God! It is the entrance of His Word that opens their eyes, and turns them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God.

Thank you Partners for doing your part in bringing the gospel throughout the Pacific Islands, with your prayers and financial support. We pray “you will be enriched in all things and in every way,” and that you know your generosity, as it is administered by us, is bringing forth much thanksgiving to God (II Corinthians 9:11 AMP).
